The Role, Your Impact

Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will contribute to the following challenges:

  • Lead innovation and new product development projects across all brands in the Olymel portfolio.
  • Turn ideas into concrete, profitable innovations aligned with business strategy.
  • Identify and develop innovation opportunities that address consumer needs and market trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of innovation projects.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and performance of brands, both in retail and foodservice.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Education: University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food industry.
  • Skills: Innovation project management, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, communication, leadership, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
