In this role, you will : 

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for performing the tasks required to ensure and improve the reliability, performance, and longevity of equipment.
 
Specific responsabilities : 
  • Perform various preventive maintenance activities and address identified mechanical issues;
  • Replace components and carry out installations related to equipment additions or modifications to existing processes;
  • Perform any other duties related to the position.

 

Requirements : 

  • College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in Industrial Maintenance and/or relevant experience in the field;
  • Relevant experience in preventive maintenance (mechanical adjustments), pneumatics, hydraulics, and general maintenance;
  • Knowledge of HACCP and SQF standards (an asset).
  • Available on our day and night shift. 

 

Skills and qualifications :

  • Strong interest and aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and respond to urgent situations;
  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a positive attitude;Strong internal customer service skills;
  • Flexible, versatile, and resourceful;Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy;
  • Excellent physical condition;
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (an asset).
