Job Summary : 

Working out of Facilities Management in Humboldt, SK and reporting to the Junior Project Manager, this position is responsible for the provision of support services including, new service installation, the repair and upgrading of existing facilities and equipment.

Genral Responsabilities : 

• The repair and / or replacement of heating and plumbing services in assigned facilities.
• The installation of new gas and plumbing services in assigned facilities.
• The development of project budgets, materials and project hours.
• The development and maintenance of effective working relationships with staff in assigned facilities.
• Ensure that all work is of high quality and meets codes and professional standards.
• Ensure that all work is done in a safe manner.
• Obtain all the required permits.
• Adhere to all Bio-security protocols.
• Other related duties.

Education /Experience Required

• A journeyman Gas Fitter / Plumber certified in the province of Saskatchewan.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license for the province of Saskatchewan.
• Ability to work alone.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
