Account lead, senior Manager Ontario-Atlantic
The Role, Your Impact:
Under the direction of the National Director of Regions, you will contribute to the following challenges:
• Oversee strategic accounts and work closely with Directors and VPs.
• Develop long-term strategies to grow and maintain client relationships.
• Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and use client data to create tailored solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities and expand product offerings.
• Mentor and manage junior account managers.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and timely execution of initiatives.
• Lead the execution of company policies and promote a performance driven culture.
Your assets for this position:
• Education: University degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience:
o Several years of experience in account management or a related field.
o Expertise in food processing or similar industries.
o Proven sales experience, ideally in managing major accounts.
• Skills :
o Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
o In-depth expertise in the food industry and complex processing systems.
o Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
• Language: Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
