The role, your impact

• Lead, coach, and engage a team of functional analysts;
• Plan and coordinate the team’s activities and deliverables;
• Foster strong collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and the system integrator;
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP, peripheral systems, and legacy systems;
• Drive the resolution of functional, technical, and integration issues;
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with project requirements;
• Support project governance and present progress updates to steering committees;
• Challenge proposed solutions to ensure they fully meet defined functional and technical requirements.

Your asset for the role

You are a collaborative and engaging leader who thrives in complex transformation environments and knows how to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

You bring:

• Significant experience leading teams of functional analysts as part of a large-scale ERP implementation;
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment;
• A strong understanding of ERP-supported business processes and their interdependencies;
• Experience working closely with system integrators;
• Strong leadership skills, combined with excellent communication, problem-solving, and priority-management abilities;
• A degree in information technology, project management, finance, business administration, or a related field;
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
